By contacting KayaSEOExpert or placing an order through any platform (Fiverr, Khamsat, Mostaql, or directly), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Services Provided

KayaSEOExpert provides Off-Page SEO services including but not limited to:

• Manual backlink building (forum posts, profile links, web 2.0, guest posts, niche edits)
• Domain Authority (DA) and Domain Rating (DR) improvement campaigns
• Tiered link building packages
• Arabic and English SEO link building
• Monthly backlink packages with detailed reports

Orders & Payment

• Orders placed through Fiverr, Khamsat, or Mostaql are governed by each platform's terms
• Direct orders require a $10 service fee in addition to the package price
• Payment must be confirmed before work begins
• We accept PayPal, Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay for direct orders

Delivery & Timeline

• Standard packages are delivered within 21 days
• Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation and payment
• A full report with all live links is delivered upon completion
• Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., site being down) do not count toward our delivery time

Refunds & Revisions

We stand behind the quality of our work. However, please note:

• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis if delivered links do not match the agreed specifications
• We do not offer refunds for DR or ranking changes, as these are influenced by many external SEO factors
• If any links go down within 30 days of delivery, we replace them at no extra charge
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate website URL, niche, and target keywords before order begins
• Ensure your website is live and accessible during the campaign
• Do not use our services alongside black-hat or spammy SEO practices simultaneously
• Respond to our messages within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays
